Church Without Walls Part 2

Covid19 has been tough on church worship services, but it has also exposed something beautiful—the Church can gather without walls.

When you pare down the Church to its essentials, something potent is discovered at its core.

Could it be time to re-explore the DNA of the church when it’s decentralized, when it takes on the form of a grassroots local movement?

How might we organize using movemental practices that release the People of God for ordinary mission, social justice, and healing in their neighborhoods?

In Part 2, we continue to unpack the 5 Essential Marks of a Church Without Walls.

FIVE MARKS OF THE CHURCH WITHOUT WALLS:

  • From a Narrow Gospel to a Wholistic Gospel
  • From Small Group Studies to Communities for Mission
  • From Sunday Spectators to Everyday Disciples
  • From Building-Centric to Neighborhood Presence
  • From Pastor-Centric to the Priesthood of All Believers (5-Fold)
