Re-Imagining Leadership with Erica and Brandon Wrencher

We are counting down to Praxis Gathering 2018our fourth annual time together, where we will plummet deep into the hands-on-work of Re-Imagining Leadership with unique emphasis on mutual leadership, emotional healthy leadership, five-fold intelligence, multicultural leadership and leadership in the neighborhood. We are thrilled to have Erica and Brandon Wrencher join us this year. They are among some of the best on-the-ground church planters and practitioners who will awaken us to the possibilities for lighting a path ahead for soul-healthy leadership in our churches. It has become daily news to see leaders abuse their power or observe their character crumble. In the last few decades we’ve baptized business practices and hierarchical structures—it has ravaged the soul of the Church. We need another way forward. Join us in Philadelphia as we explore the possibilities.

Erica is married to her best friend Brandon and they are the parents of two sons, Phillip and Morris.

You can join Erica and Brandon for this workshop at The Praxis Gathering:
The Miseducation of Multiculturalism
How can leaders interrupt multicultural/multiethnic ministries from co-opting culture for consumption? In this workshop we explore principles and practices that invite leaders to cultivate Jesus-following communities that seek solidarity and restorative justice amongst diverse people in local neighborhoods. This is a shift from Colonialism to a Liberating Church.
