About this Immersion
Do you know if the life of your church helps to grow CONSUMERS or DISCIPLES? Have current church structures frustrated you? Are you looking for concrete and practical ways to multiply disciples that uses wisdom from Jesus’ own engagement with social realities? As COVID has disrupted many of our normal practices, whether you’re a church planter just starting out or an established pastor considering how to remission your community for the changing world around us, this learning series will help you to practically move the people in our church from Consumers to Disciples, who multiply disciples.
During this Immersion, we will guide you into developing sustainable environments where disciples will flourish in the world for the mission of God.

The Coaches
JR Woodward, Ph.D. (University of Manchester UK) has been passionately planting churches on the East and West Coast that value tight-knit community, life-forming discipleship, locally-rooted presence, and boundary-crossing mission for over 25 years. He is the author of Creating a Missional Culture (IVP, 2012) and co-author of The Church as Movement (IVP, 2016). He co-founded the Missio Alliance and currently serves as the National Director for the V3 Church Planting Movement. He is the co-founder of the Praxis Gathering and writes for numerous websites and journals. He loves to surf, travel, read, skateboard, and meet new people. He enjoys photography and film and tries to attend the Sundance Film Festival whenever he can.
Eun Strawser is a bi-vocational church planter and physician in Honolulu, HI. She was trained and practiced in Philadelphia at the University of Pennsylvania and as a Fulbright Scholar. She currently lives in Honolulu, where she’s surrounded by her tribe, “Ma Ke Alo o”, a people of Presence, which includes her red-bearded husband and their three, seriously, amazing children.
