This is JR Woodward explaining what God’s design might mean for you and your ministry. The five-fold method uses Ephesians 4 to show a beautiful outline for what our gifts could be for the church. “People aren’t given the gifts; they are the gifts.” Ephesians 4:7 shows a five-fold ministry profile, composed of apostles, prophets, evangelists, pastors (shepherds) and teachers. Here’s what that might mean for you:

    I have no doubt the five fold is the mix for movement. It is quite a journey unpackaging and
    transitioning peoples mindsets but recognising these gifts as a whole package takes the lid
    off the capacity of the Church and the box away from misplaced expectations.
